Litigation Paralegal (5+ Years Experience)

Location: San Francisco, CA | Full-Time

A well-established San Francisco law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation experience to support a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Draft, file, and serve legal documents
  • Coordinate discovery, document production, and case management
  • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and trial materials
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Paralegal Certificate required
  • Extensive trial preparation and litigation experience required
  • Strong knowledge of California court rules and filing procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software
